Bensham Grove has a wide variety of self programming community groups who attend the centre throughout the week. Many of our participants report that attending our community groups have a huge impact on their wellbeing, loneliness and confidence; they meet new people, learn new skills and build support networks in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Everyone is welcome and there are new groups starting up all of the time.

Our Facebook page is a great source of information about the groups.
