Bensham Grove Community Centre is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees who provide strategic leadership, strong financial oversight, and a deep commitment to our values of creativity, inclusion, and community empowerment. Our trustees bring a wide range of professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring our decisions are ethical, transparent, and rooted in the needs of local people. They guide the long‑term direction of the charity, uphold robust safeguarding and equality standards, and support the Centre Manager and staff team to deliver high‑quality programmes. Together, we ensure Bensham Grove remains a welcoming, well‑run, and resilient community resource for everyone.
